ROCKY MOUNTAIN RHINO TAKE DOWN FRAME

This is the finest full-size take down frame available. There are no little nuts and bolts to come loose or lose. This frame will fit in any of our fanny packs or day packs, allowing you to have a frame at all times. The Rhino frame can be packed easily on a horse, small plane, or 4-wheeler. Most of our day pack and fanny packs attach to the Rhino, making this the most versatile take down frame on the market.

Assembly Instructions:Figure: 1-B Assemble the four 3/4 x 3/4 tubing together with the ends that have the matching slots at top. Note: Choose a slot depending on your height 6ft and up try the higher slot. Insert the 3 cross bars into the matching slots in both side bars Wrap the two mesh back pieces around frame, lacing the 1" webbing through the ladder locks then tighten. Note: To tighten, push on the bottom webbing while pulling on the top |

Figure: 5-B Webbing - take your z horizontal straps (the ones with a sewn in loop) and slide these on the side bars before you insert the 3 cross bars or unbuckle it and run the buckle end through the loop as shown in the picture. Note: The two vertical straps have triglides at each end. These can be placed in any slot to accommodate your load. We recommend you cross these to secure you load better. |

To Disassemble your Frame: Figure: 1-A Disassemble Frame Lay your 2 mesh pieces on top of each other Stack your aluminum parts as shown in Figure: 1-A |

Figure: 2-A Buckle your wasteful and tighten it. Place it on top of aluminum parts as shown in Figure: 2-A Place shoulder straps on the side as shown in Figure: 2-A Figure: 3-A Wrap mesh back pieces around frame and suspension the wrap 1" webbing around entire package and pull tight. Insert into stuff sack (Figure: 3-A) |
