RETURN POLICY
All returned merchandise requires authorization from us, by either e-mail or telephone conformation for instructions on returning the merchandise. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for Returns items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse returns with missing parts. All returns without a RMA number or sent COD will be refused. Products damaged by the customer during installation may be given a partial refund or refused altogether. Claims of shipment damage, incorrect/missing items, or non-receipt of goods must be made within 7 days. Orders with errors
Errors are infrequent, but do happen. We will do everything we can to make your experience with us a positive one. Errors made by the customer, as in ordering the wrong size, will be subject to our Return or Exchange policy. Errors made by us will be taken care of at no additional expense to you.
Exchanged Items
Orders returned to us for exchanges will be charged for return shipping. Exchanges are not subject to the restocking fee, just the return shipping fee. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to send the item to Archery Warehouse.
Returned Items
Returns are available only if request is made within 7 days of purchase! Items must be returned in an unused condition, in the original packaging, with all paperwork and instructions included. Items which are used may not be returned unless defective. Defective items purchased more than 30 days must be handled according to the manufacturer’s warranty. We will accept return requests for (7) days after delivery. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless a mistake in the order has been made by us, Archery Warehouse.
Defective Items
Defective products are returnable for 7 days. All original packaging materials, parts and instructions must be included for a refund. Archery Warehouse will pay all shipping charges the return and shipping of replacement items.
Custom Arrows and Cut Shafts
Custom Arrows and cut shafts may or may not be returnable. Returned arrows and cut shafts will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the shaft length is such that we are able to refletch or cut to a shorter length we will work with you to get them exchanged for another size. Arrow/Shaft cost minus restocking fee will be applied to new order. Customer is responsable for shipping returned arrows to us and shipping back to the customer. A credit will be issued to the customer upon return and inspection of returned Arrows/Shafts.
Proper shaft or arrow length measurement is as follows: Measure the distance from the bottom of the string groove in the nock to the end of the shaft where the insert glues in.
